Cooking Gear
StoveI'm still getting used to only having one burner to work with at a time, but with weight restrictions, this is a great way to go. It is easy to set up and clean, includes a wind guard, and the primer pump makes for easy lighting. Although cooking with cleaner burning fuel is nice, it would be too difficult to find. This runs well on diesel which is available anywhere where there are roads. Product includes gas can. If you're going to be relying on the stove over a long period of time, I recommend getting the repair kit as well. Be aware. If you are flying out of the U.S., airline security may confiscate your gas tank if it has previously had gasoline in it. |

Frying PanI thought 8" was about the right size for my needs. GSI's pan is non-stick, scratch resistant, and includes a foldable handle for easier storage. |

Pots and PansI ended up purchasing this three piece set before deciding I wanted a higher quality pan. However I still use the 1 and 1.5 qt pans. They fit into one another nicely and the handles fold in for easier storage. Again non-stick is key. You don't want to spend a long time scrubbing when you have a limited water supply. |
